Job summary

You will keep merchandise presented and stocked, ensure a clean store and backroom, and contribute to store performance with flexibility in scheduling and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with urgency.
• Greet and acknowledge customers with appropriate service.
• Explain value and promotions and propose solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Demonstrate selling skills to improve conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cash wrap and educate on PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure sizes and styles are represented.
• Follow standards of merchandise presentation and signage.
• Keep stockroom neat and organized; maintain customer-ready environment.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standard.
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Report maintenance needs to leadership for a clean environment.
• Contribute toward store goals; be flexible with stock processing.
• Exhibit flexibility by processing stock when necessary.
