Job summary

Bell in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a part-time sales associate to help customers find the right devices and plans and to create engaging in-store experiences.

You will build connections, drive loyalty, and contribute to a fast-paced sales floor. The role offers flexible evening/weekend shifts, a competitive hourly wage with commission, and training for career growth within Bell.

• The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate's experience
• The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions.
• The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company's applicable commissions' plans or policies.
• Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• You are required to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage windows, including one weekday full availability. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
