Job summary

Bell Canada is seeking retail professionals to join our team in Bathurst, NB. You will help customers choose devices, plans and services, delivering memorable shopping experiences while pursuing sales targets.

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule, evening/weekend shifts, a competitive hourly wage with uncapped commissions, and benefits including medical, dental and vision. Training and career growth opportunities are provided to support your development.

Qualifications

• 5 blocks with 5 continuous hours coverage, min 1 open and 1 close window.
• Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
• Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is an asset.

Total earning ra nge: $17.00 - $26.00 The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience

The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company's applicable commissions' plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications: You are required to provide 5 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage windows. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
