Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited's Zehrs stores are hiring Receiver team members to receive and unload shipments, stock the retail floor, and ensure accurate inventory while delivering friendly customer service across Canada. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible days/evenings/weekends, and maintain health and safety standards in a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Willingness to learn and provide positive customer service.
• No previous experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive environment in the store
• Receive and unload new shipments
• Store inventory in the correct areas of the warehouse
• Stock the retail floor when necessary
• Count all inventory and report discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse organized
• Provide excellent customer service
• Support in the delivery of promotions and programs
• Assist customers with general inquiries
• Keep department area organized
• Maintain established health and safety standards
