Job summary

Walmart Canada in Mississauga is offering a studentship to aspiring pharmacy professionals. You will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to apply your knowledge in a practical setting and prepare for your career in the pharmacy field.

You will discuss goals with your Coach, learn site policies, participate in program activities, and complete defined tasks with regular feedback and evaluations to support your learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Discuss goals and objectives with your Coach and be willing to undertake a variety of tasks.
• Understand the policies and procedures of the pharmacy site.
• Familiarize yourself with program activities and learning objectives.
• Integrate activities with job-related responsibilities.
• Meet regularly with your Coach to obtain feedback.
• Assume responsibility for your own learning.
• Complete program activities such as OTC scenarios, topic of the week, project of the month, follow ups, pt. consultations, clinics, community outreach.
• Meet program expectations and deadlines and complete required evaluations.
