Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail supervisory experience.

• Proficient with technology; POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences through exceptional service while supporting front and back of house operations.
• Lead operational training for brand ambassadors to uphold company standards and values.
• Coordinate processes between Back of House and Sales Floor to ensure operational efficiency.
• Process incoming inventory, price updates, and maintain stockroom organization, including RFID tagging and ISOS/report management.
• Collaborate on visual merchandising with Merchandise Manager to maintain brand standards and promotional activity.
