Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our retail team, providing leadership on busy days and assisting in store operations and customer service. You will help drive sales, organize stock, and train staff while representing the Clarks brand with exemplary service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Organize merchandise and back stock; ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service and upsell when appropriate.
• Uphold the Clarks brand and policies, and monitor loss prevention.

Some responsibilities of a Team Lead may include:

• Upsell the customer, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
• Exemplify the Clarks Brand.
• Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
