Bell is hiring in Richmond, BC for a Retail Sales role. You will help customers find devices, plans, and services that fit their needs, in a fast-paced, people-first store environment.

The position offers a flexible full-time/part-time schedule with evening and weekend shifts, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth. Prior retail or hospitality experience is valued, and multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Availability Requirement

To help ensure success in our retail roles, we ask that candidates have the following availability:

• Four (4) availability blocks of at least five (5) consecutive hours each during the week
• Availability for at least one (1) opening shift
• Availability for at least one (1) closing shift
• Availability for at least one (1) weekend shift

Total earning range: $20.00 - $29.00. The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.

The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications

You are required to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage windows, including one weekday full availability.
