Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore in Ontario is hiring Store Team Members to help maintain shelves, assist customers, and support promotions. No prior experience is required as training is provided and opportunities exist to move up within the team.

Flexibility for varied hours, including days, evenings and weekends, is requested. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile throughout shifts to keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
