We’re looking for an experienced Part‑Time Retail Sales Merchandiser (24 hours/week) to support our client in the confectionery and candy industry across Barrie, ON and surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Visit retail stores to stock shelves, merchandise, rotate inventory, and build displays.
• Execute planogram updates and ensure planogram (POG) compliance.
• Maintain and expand product distribution across assigned stores.
• Build incremental displays and identify opportunities to drive sales.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with store management.
• Submit reports and updates accurately and on time using an iPad.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail merchandising experience (grocery or confectionery preferred).
• Sales experience is an asset.
• Availability during weekday daytime business hours.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable using an Apple iPad for reporting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
