Job summary

Acosta Services Canada Co is seeking a Data Collection Associate to gather and transmit data from designated retail stores using handheld devices. The role is part-time and involves travel within the territory.

You will follow UPC attributes, maintain retailer relations, and communicate with the Retail Supervisor/Team Lead. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and bilingual proficiency in French or English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience using online tools and apps.
• In-store field environment with travel throughout the territory.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Communicate well in French or English.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed instructions and understand UPC attributes for data collection.
• Maintain in-store relationships and follow retailer procedures.
• Communicate regularly with Retail Supervisor/Team Lead.
• Check e-mail for directions related to in-store work.
• Access support documents and tools from online sources.
• Work efficiently to keep costs within budgets.
• Utilize resources to drive high quality results.
• Meet efficiency, quality and KPI targets.
• Support company processes, policies and responsibilities.
