You will be accountable for merchandising standards, achieving financial objectives and building a diverse, high-performing team in Halifax. Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring teams
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and stay in motion throughout shift
