Winners, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring a Retail Store Coordinator in Prince Albert, SK. You will lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing, while planning tasks, training Associates, and ensuring policy compliance. 1–2 years retail experience and strong teamwork are required.

• 1–2 years in retail or service environment.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and coach Associates.

What You'll Do?

• Drive operational excellence in areas like visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing.

• Relevant Experience – 1-2 years in retail or service, with a strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes.
