Job summary

Whistler Blackcomb in Whistler, BC is seeking a Retail Associate for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 program. You will help guests with gear, outfit customers, and ensure a high standard of service in a fast-paced mountain shop.

No experience required; you will be trained on latest outdoor gear. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends, and English fluency. Benefits include ski passes, employee discounts, and training opportunities.
