Job summary

Lovisa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to champion customer service and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will coach staff, share sales techniques, and strive to achieve KPIs while representing Lovisa with enthusiasm and professionalism.

You will support store leadership, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to a welcoming, fashion-forward shopping experience for customers across Lovisa stores in Canada.

Qualifications

• Store/retail or hospitality management experience.
• Open availability for the retail work week.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong people management and performance coaching.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Assistant Store Manager:

You will be the Lovisa ambassador and lead your team by example. Sharing sales techniques and achieving your stores KPIs. If you're someone that sees yourself as a great leader and want to climb the retail ladder, then this is the role for you!

• Are you an existing Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with experience in creating a team environment, to coach, develop and motivate your team to deliver great results?
• Are you a leader who cares for your team and builds great relationships?
• Do you have a strong desire to deliver an exceptional experience to your customer?
• Do you have experience in delivering and driving targets? (KPI's)

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Open availability for the retail work week.
• Must be 18yrs and older
• Store management experience for a retailer or hospitality
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment
• Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• A proven track record of delivering results
• Exceptional communication skills
