Job summary

La Vie en Rose Canada is seeking a dedicated retail manager to lead a diverse team across sales, HR, marketing and administration. You will drive service, achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll manage daily operations, mentor staff, and coordinate store activities while ensuring excellent customer experiences and visual presentation aligned with company plans. This role offers growth within a family-owned network.

Responsibilities

• Train your team members to provide strong customer support—teach them the best sales techniques and make sure they’re familiar with all product features.
• Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions and explain the products.
• Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team.
• Keep the store running smoothly and ensure your team provides outstanding customer service.
• Achieve your personal sales goals (training will help you reach them).
• Share all necessary information with your team to achieve joint sales goals.
• Mobilize your team and create a positive work environment that fosters pride and belonging.
• Build a high-performance team—recruit, prepare and train the next generation of employees.
• Manage team members’ absences/lateness.
• Create an attractive store based on planograms and stay on top of competitor activity.
• Reflect the brand image to build a loyal customer base; help with orders and visual displays.
• Analyze sales and traffic reports and share results with your team.
• Open and close the store; respect head office policies; perform other duties as needed.
