• 2-3 years of retail management experience, with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets.
• Experience in leading, coaching, developing talent, and managing teams with a customer and sales-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; people are inspired by your communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Lead and coach the team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Engage with customers, offer tailored products and services, and handle escalated customer situations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure our customer experience is seamless and focused on longer term partnerships, especially with our business customers.
• Sales Leadership: Drive an inspired and recognition approach through your team to enable strong sales-focused partnerships with our customers.
• Create an environment through your leadership in which all our Sales Associates can be their best for our customers.
• Utilize sales and metrics reports to create action plans and achieve business results.
• Team Development: Attract, train, develop, and engage associates.
• Provide clear and regular coaching and feedback to enable continuous improvement and career centered development is ongoing.
• Manage performance appraisals and career action plans.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, Privacy, Policies, and Procedures.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and brand standards.
• Communication: Maintain daily communication with the team. Ensure consistency and execution of all sales and customer engagement tools.
