Job summary

Atlantic Superstore in Nova Scotia is hiring Store Colleagues to enhance in-store experiences and ensure shelves are stocked to meet customer needs. You will contribute to customer conversations and product knowledge, while supporting promotions and safety standards.

No prior experience is required and training is provided to set you up for success. Flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends are available, with physical job demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Flexible to work a variety of departments and hours, including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and stay in constant mobility during a shift.
• Training provided; no previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory and ordering as needed.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and maintain health and safety standards.
