Job summary

AgeCare is seeking a Restorative Care Aide to support residents in a long-term care setting in Mississauga, Ontario. The role focuses on restorative interventions to maximize independence, mobility, and daily living activities.

You will assist with group programs, reinforce education, and maintain assistive devices per infection control protocols. A health services diploma or certificate is preferred, with PSW or gerontology credentials valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or with seniors preferred.

• Diploma/certificate in PSW, Physio/Rehabilitation, Activation, or Gerontology.
• Additional courses in Restorative Care and related techniques.

Responsibilities
