Qualifications

• Restoration/renovation industry experience.
• Knowledge of building construction and codes.
• Experience with Xactimate.
• Experience planning and monitoring budgets.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean criminal record.
• Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Physical ability to perform laboring tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Scope and estimate work required to restore properties.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience during the process.
• Prepare accurate quotations and job costing.
• Inspect project progress and work quality.
• Manage restoration claims for water and fire damage.
