The position offers a stable day shift (Mon–Fri) with a 7:45 AM–5:45 PM schedule and requires lifting up to 50 lbs, reliable work ethic, and willingness to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Restoration industry experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience in restoration is an asset.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work safely in hazardous environments.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Proven experience working at heights.
• Physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Work safely in properties damaged by fire, water, storms or mold.
• Perform cleaning of damaged contents and structures.
• Remove contents for cleaning, restoration or disposal.
• Demolition of damaged areas with hand/power tools.
• Clean and organize job sites after demolition.
• Maintain and load equipment and supplies on vehicles.
• Dispose of trash and damaged content.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Perform other general labour and restoration duties.
