Job Overview

This is a temporary position starting from May to September 202 5. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this person will be responsible for delivering excellent professional food and beverage service to the members of the Club and guests as well as ensuring prep and support areas are stocked.

Specific duties would include, but are not limited to :

• Greets Members and serve food and beverage in Wave, Harry’s, Lakefront Patio, Dining Room, Tennis Patio, docks, boathouse, Lakebreeze and any other area served by the Food & Beverage Department.
• Maintain continuous surveillance of the station and / or assigned area.
• Present and describe the menu items to the members; offer comparable alternatives if needed.
• Maintain the appearance of the station in spotless condition by cleaning up stains and spills.
• Complete set-ups for next day business as directed.

Job Qualifications

• Energetic and creative individual with some previous similar work experience
• Previous experience with POS data entry preferred
• Smart Serve Certificate
• Commitment to support and enforce service excellence
• Effective communication skills (speak, read and write)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility and initiative
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays
