Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking a restaurant operations professional to lead and optimize daily restaurant budgets, schedules, and service levels.

You will oversee staff, ensure quality control, and drive efficiency across procurement, pricing, and safety procedures. The role requires 2+ years in a restaurant environment, strong Excel/Office skills, and hands-on leadership to improve profitability and service quality.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent from a 1–2 year program.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
• Experience in budget analysis and cost control in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
• Evaluate daily operations.
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
• Monitor staff performance.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Set staff work schedules.
• Supervise staff.
• Train staff.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Cost products and services.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Leading/instructing individuals.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Provide customer service.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
