Responsibilities
- Develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations, training and operational procedures
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement procedures
- Organize and maintain inventory and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Lead and instruct individuals, address customer complaints or concerns, and provide customer service
Qualifications
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a related role
- Supervision: 11‑15 people
- Work Conditions: Fast‑paced environment; combination of sitting, standing and walking; standing for extended periods
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, team player, ability to multitask
