Location: Toronto, ON M4S 1Z3 – On Site

Salary: $45.00 per hour, 35–40 hours per week, permanent full‑time. Overtime available.

Job Summary

Responsible for daily restaurant operations, staff management, menu pricing, supplier negotiations, and ensuring high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Recruit staff
  • Set staff work schedules
  • Supervise staff (5–10 people)
  • Train staff
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Co‑ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years experience in food services
  • Valid driver’s licence; own vehicle required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, evening, night and weekend shifts
  • Strong organisational, communication and team‑building skills
  • Experience supervising 5–10 staff members
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine
  • Fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload
