Location: Regina, SK S4N 0P6 – Work location on site

Salary: $33.70 per hour (30 to 40 hours per week). Employment type: Permanent full-time. Working hours: Day, Evening, Weekend. Start date: As soon as possible.

Education and Experience

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Set staff work schedules
  • Supervise staff
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
