A popular fast food chain in Red Deer, Alberta is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, financial reporting, and customer service. Responsibilities include implementing operational procedures, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of $36.10 per hour for 40 hours per week.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Tasks: Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Conduct performance reviews. Cost products and services. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Supervision: 3-4 people. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
