Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new customers and increase restaurant visibility.
  • Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, media, and business partners to enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive, performance-driven culture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing, customer engagement, and operations management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
