Tim Hortons in Ottawa is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional service to every guest. You will model enthusiasm, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction, quality and cleanliness in daily operations.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage shift operations, uphold Tim Hortons standards, recruit and coach a diverse team, handle inventory and ordering, and promote open communication to maintain a respectful work environment.
