Job Description

Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits. Evaluate daily operations. Monitor staff performance. Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Train staff. Conduct performance reviews. Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies. Address customer complaints or concerns.

Supervision

Supervise 5-10 staff members.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years

• Supports newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
• Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
• Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities and organizations.
• Provides diversity and cross-cultural training for visible minorities.

Location & Working Conditions
