Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Abbotsford, BC is hiring a Restaurant Clerk to join our team. You will operate a cash register, share product knowledge, and help ensure the department is well stocked and presented. Open availability is preferred for this role.

You will support customers with a positive experience, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to a friendly, efficient store environment at our Abbotsford location.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Experience operating a cash register.
• Knowledge of product assortment.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.

Open availability is preferred.

You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:

• A strong work ethic and "let's get it done" attitude.

Compensation Details:

$18.25 - $21.00 The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
