A local catering company in Canada seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with liquor regulations. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment. This permanent position offers 40 hours of work per week.

Qualifications

  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Evaluate daily operations.
  • Monitor staff performance.
  • Plan and organize daily operations.

  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.

  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
