Qualifications

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Responsable Stratégie et Portfolio Qualité A220 pour rejoindre notre équipe Qualité A220 - Performance et Digital, basée sur le site Airbus A220 à Mirabel. In English, the A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an A220 Quality Strategy and Portfolio Leader to join our A220 Quality Performance & Digital team!

En tant que Responsable Stratégie et Portfolio Qualité A220, votre rôle principal sera de gérer le portfolio de projets Qualité, et de mettre en place / renforcer la gouvernance de la stratégie Qualité, en s’appuyant sur le plan maître Qualité. You will ensure coherence between strategic objectives (Top Company Objectives), the Quality project portfolio addressing them, and the tracking indicators (KPIs) measuring the impact of implemented actions.

Ce poste clé implique également la consolidation du plan financier (AOP) du département, le support à la gestion des risques (ERM) et le pilotage du portfolio de projets Qualité. Communication with all Quality departments is essential, as well as with other A220 functions (VSM, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Program, etc.). You will be required to lead and facilitate governance meetings to ensure tracking, propose improvements, and assist in system implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Performance Governance & Strategy
    • Support performance excellence by consolidating the cascade of Quality objectives (TCOs) within the A220 program and strengthening the associated governance within the function (master plan).
    • Generate strategic insights from performance dashboards and root cause analyses, collaborating with managers to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Lead transversal projects contributing to the strengthening of the Quality performance management system.
  • Project Portfolio Management & Implementation
    • Manage and facilitate the Quality department's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and tracking progress, budgets, and deliverables.
    • Articulate SMART objectives for initiatives, identify necessary resources, develop a clear scope and schedule, and define success criteria.
    • Work alongside managers and functional experts to implement action plans and ensure the delivery of improvement projects.
  • Finance & Planning (AOP)
    • Consolidate, prepare, and steer the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the entire Quality department, ensuring monthly budget tracking and variance analysis.
    • Conduct workload/capacity analyses and formulate recommendations to support cost improvement actions and analyze budgetary opportunities.
  • Risk Management
    • Provide active support to the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process for the Quality department, including identification, assessment, and tracking of mitigation plans.
    • Identify risks specific to project implementation and the sustainability of results, and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with the teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or a relevant field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in performance management, project management, controlling (financial) or quality, ideally in manufacturing or aerospace.
  • Excellent mastery of project management (PMP certification is a plus).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Leadership, influence capabilities and excellent communication and presentation skills required at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting (AOP), and cost control skills would be an asset.
  • Experience or knowledge of Risk Management methodologies (ERM) a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Sheets, Slides); knowledge of Skywise a plus.
  • Bilingualism essential (French and English, written and spoken).
