Job summary

Teledyne MEMS in Bromont, QC is seeking a senior manufacturing quality leader to protect customer interests and improve process robustness. You will harmonize customer requirements with capabilities, drive 8D/RCA/CAPA investigations, and lead PPAP and audits in a high-technology environment.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing quality, fluent French/English, and a engineering/scientific degree. Expect cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to mentor teams and advance quality

Qualifications

• Strong analytical judgment and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Expertise in 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PFMEA, RCA, CAPA, SPC, and PPAP.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001 and manufacturing quality systems.
• 10+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience in high-technology manufacturing and technical customer interactions.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant scientific discipline.
• OIQ membership or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for manufacturing and customer quality.
• Lead complex investigations, customer complaints, 8D, RCA, and CAPA activities.
• Coordinate containment actions during quality events.
• Align customer requirements, specifications, inspection methods, and acceptance criteria with manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead impact assessments, qualifications, and approvals for product, process, and material changes.
• Improve process yield, reliability, robustness, and quality performance metrics.
• Mentor engineers and manufacturing staff.
