We are seeking a results‑driven and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through innovative transportation and logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight, logistics, and transportation sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the strategic growth of the organization.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company’s services.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of transportation regulations, industry standards, and technological advancements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics, or related field.
  • 5‑7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of freight brokerage, trucking, warehousing, or supply chain logistics is a strong asset.
  • French and English fluency required.
