This role requires an open and flexible individual willing to work closely with a family in need. May include Day shifts, evening, weekend, and overnight care in the family's home.

Candidates must have experience working with teens facing mental health challenges, including high-risk situations, trauma-informed care, and effective support strategies. Additionally, staff should be engaging, fun, attentive, and able to stay off electronics during their shifts. This is not a position for someone who sits back and observes; you must be proactive and actively involved in supporting this child.
