Overview

Your Opportunity: The role of the Clinical Instructor - Respiratory Therapy Educator is education and development of Respiratory Therapy staff through orientation and continuing education. The Respiratory Therapy Educator supports research. The goal of the Respiratory Therapy Educator is to promote excellence in clinical practice. This position reports to the Manager of Respiratory Therapy.

Role

As a Respiratory Therapist III - Clinical Practice Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring, promoting standards of practice, responding to clinical questions, and coordinating ongoing skill and student development within your team. You will collaborate with managers and supervisors in the provision and access to internal and external continuing education and professional development programs including certifications and upgrades.
