About the Role :

As a part of our continuous growth, we are excited to expand our operations Team with Resource Manager position reporting directly to the Director of Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically managing the deployment of consulting talent across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will leverage your expertise to align project requirements, consultant capabilities, and organizational priorities ensuring optimal resource utilization, successful project delivery, and a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment, brings deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and professional services delivery models, and demonstrates proven experience in capacity planning and resource management. Proficiency with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools (Certinia PS Cloud) is essential, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Resource Planning & Allocation
• Manage and allocate resources to various projects based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements.
• Partner with Project Managers, Delivery Leads and other stakeholders within Professional Services, Presales and Sales to forecast resource requirements and ensure project staffing readiness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resource forecasts, availability, and utilization data in Certinia PS Cloud. Capacity Management Track short-term and long-term capacity across functional teams (e.g., Consultants, Developers, Architects, Project Managers). Monitor utilization and identify under- or over-allocation trends.
• Work with leadership to inform hiring, subcontracting, or cross-training needs. Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Professional Services teams to align resource planning with pipeline and staffing forecasts. Communicate proactively with consultants about assignments, transitions, and future opportunities.
• Operational Excellence Maintain data integrity in the PSA system; ensure resource profiles, skills matrices, and certifications are current.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of resource management processes, tools, and reporting.
• Generate and analyze resource utilization reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Required Qualifications :

• 5+ years of professional experience with 3 in resource management within a professional services environment with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Professional Services Automation (PSA) Tools : Proficient in using PSA tools such as Certinia, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret utilization and capacity data to drive decisions.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills across multiple teams and leadership levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience supporting global or distributed delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce roles and skill sets (e.g., Solution Architect, Functional Consultant, Developer, etc.)
• Salesforce or Certinia certifications are an asset (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Certinia PSA Specialist).
• Prior experience in a Salesforce implementation partner or consulting firm highly desirable.
