Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate for our Whistler resort. You will greet guests, complete registration, issue keys, provide local information, and assist with reservations and payments.

The role requires excellent communication, cash handling, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a high school diploma. You will work with a friendly team and uphold safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others.
• Basic office skills including basic math, proper cash handling procedures.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a Can-Do, positive attitude toward guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, issue unit keys, provide resort information and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions, balance cash receipts, and prepare deposits.
• Handle guest reservations and cancellations; respond to inquiries and assist with special requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and SOPs; uphold company standards.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues; support service recovery when needed.
