RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER – ROAD TO RECOVERY (R2R) HOME (CONTRACT) (75-25)
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week. Job Status: Contract to March 2027. Base office: Parry Sound Road to Recovery home. Competition #: 75-25.
The Residential Support Worker is part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for providing in-home support to residents within a semi-independent congregate living environment. Residential Support Workers facilitate recovery and improved quality of life in a professionally and culturally appropriate manner. They help residents address needs associated with mental illness, addictions, physical health, and life skills as residents learn and apply skills necessary to facilitate recovery, improvement of quality of life, and sustain affordable and sustainable housing.
$24.76 to $28.41 per hour commensurate with qualifications and experience.
