Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited post-secondary/college program.
• A minimum of two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Medication administration training and experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence and quality of living for Service Users.
• Ensure physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with Service Users.

Education

Developmental Social Worker Diploma or equivalent

Current First Aid & CPR training
