This is a great opportunity for someone who values quality, collaboration, and doing what it takes to get the job done right — all while providing a smooth, professional experience for clients.

About the Role

As the Site Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring every project runs safely, efficiently, and to the company’s high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll oversee timelines, coordinate trades and suppliers, and maintain detailed records while fostering a positive, solution-oriented atmosphere on site.

If you’re hands‑on, detail-oriented, and take pride in building something exceptional — this role was made for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Site & Project Oversight
  • Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects adhere to design plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Keep the worksite organized, professional, and safe at all times.
  • Quality & Craftsmanship
  • Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and design integrity.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, address issues promptly, and maintain consistency across projects.
  • Collaborate closely with trades and suppliers to ensure superior quality and attention to detail.
  • Scheduling & Coordination
  • Develop and maintain clear, realistic project schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and materials to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively resolve scheduling or material conflicts.
  • Documentation & Communication
  • Use online project management tools (e.g., 'CoConstruct') to manage schedules, logs, and updates.
  • Provide weekly progress reports, photos, and updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for inspections, change orders, and communications.
  • Act as the key on-site contact for the project manager, trades, and clients.
  • Health & Safety
  • Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Promote a culture of care and accountability on every job site.
What You Bring
  • Journeyperson Carpenter certification.
  • 5+ years of experience supervising residential builds (custom or luxury homes preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and digital documentation.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and local building codes.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Physically able to perform site duties (lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied site conditions).
Who You Are
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about craftsmanship and design.
  • Professional, courteous, and committed to client satisfaction.
  • A problem‑solver who anticipates issues and finds practical solutions.
  • A strong team player who’s willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
  • Independent, reliable, and driven to keep projects moving efficiently.
What’s in It for You
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Company vehicle provided.
  • Paid vacation and holidays.
  • Comprehensive Canada Life Benefits Plan.
  • Opportunity to grow within a small, collaborative, high‑performing team.
