Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of each property.
• Develop the annual budget(s) for the properties.
• Monitor and recommend rental policies.
• Provide leadership to a team of building staff.
• Work with Asset Managers and owners on capital expenditures.
• Ensure strong customer service to residents.
• Manage rent and vacancy incentives.
• Develop and implement marketing plans.
• Respond to tenant complaints and concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
