Just Like Family Home Care is hiring amazing housekeeping staff again! Want to look forward to your workday? At Just Like Family, we do!

We’re looking for dependable and caring Residential Cleaners / Housekeepers to join our growing team on a part-time or casual basis. You’ll visit clients in their own houses / apartments—mostly seniors—and provide light housekeeping and laundry services. Each client visit is typically 2 hours, and all cleaning supplies are provided by the client in their home.

We provide subsidized cleaning services for seniors, helping them remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. Over time, your schedule grows and becomes more consistent as you take on regular clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Compassionate, caring individuals who take pride in their work.
• Reliable, professional, and respectful team players.
• Flexible and willing to take initiative.
• English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Comfortable using a smartphone app for clocking in / out and visit notes.
• Reliable transportation to client homes (transit is commonly used and okay).
• Consistent job performance and attendance.

Requirements

• Clear criminal record check.
• One personal reference.
• Applicants must currently reside in British Columbia.

Tasks Include

• Light housekeeping (including laundry, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, kitchen / washroom cleanup, etc.).
• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available.
