Job summary

Amica Taunton – Full‑Time is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to enhance residents' lives by developing and facilitating tailored programs for Assisted and Independent Living. Qualifications

• Diploma from a recognized college in social services, healthcare, or gerontology.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Three years of dementia care experience in a healthcare setting plus two years in organizational management.
• Knowledge of seniors’ care, aging, leadership practices, and retirement care policies.
• Strong supervision, communication, organization, conflict resolution, and computer skills.
• Experience with YARDI (electronic care system) preferred.
• Nursing or memory care background is an asset.
• Degree from a recognized university.

Amica embraces a pay‑for‑performance compensation philosophy and offers a competitive total compensation package designed to reward performance. Expected Salary Range: $61,600 – $77,000. Maximum Bonus Potential: 10% of base pay, rewarding exceptional performance. Vacation: Generous annual vacation entitlement, aligned with company policy. Compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Candidates whose experience surpasses the expectations for this role may be eligible for compensation above the advertised range.

What will you be doing?

What you will bring

• Diploma from a recognized college in social services, healthcare, or gerontology.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Three (3) years of experience in dementia care in a healthcare setting, including Alzheimer’s, and two (2) years of organizational management.
• Knowledge of seniors’ care and aging, leadership best practices, legislative regulations, and policies related to retirement care.
• Strong supervision skills, excellent communication, organizational proficiency, conflict resolution, and computer skills.
• Experience with YARDI (electronic care system) preferred.
• Nursing and/or memory care background considered an asset.
• Degree from a recognized university.
