Qualifications

• Registered Social Services Worker as per provincial legislation.
• Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare, social services, or related sector.
• Knowledge of the Long Term Care Act & Regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the resident move in, transfer, and move out process.
• Provides social services worker counselling services as required.
• Plans and evaluates individual social work services and support groups.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to organize, plan, and delegate responsibilities

Customer service related experience
