Job summary

Chartwell Retirement Residences is seeking a friendly Server to create memorable dining experiences for residents and guests. You will take and deliver tableside orders, provide prompt service, and maintain a welcoming dining room environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication to ensure high-quality service in a warm, inclusive setting. Training provided for certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced dining room.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver tableside food and beverage orders.
• Provide prompt, friendly service to residents and guests.
• Prepare the dining room for service and clear tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure a safe and efficient dining environment.
