A long-term care provider in Williams Lake is seeking a Resident Care Attendant. This role requires the ability to assist seniors with daily living activities and personal care, while ensuring a resident-centered approach. Ideal candidates will have completed a Health Care Assistant program and possess strong interpersonal skills. The Opportunity: The Resident Care Attendant is responsible to the Executive Director or the Director of Care. They ensure and support the implementation and evaluation of the resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times.
Internal Closing Date: October 14, 2025
Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off, 3 on 5 off and 5 on 4 off (In 6 weeks period) from 7am-7pm
Approximate Start Date: October 20, 2025

Wage Leveling Salary: $29.83 per hour
