A long-term care organization in British Columbia seeks a Resident Care Attendant to assist residents with daily activities and personal care. This role involves promoting resident engagement and participation while providing compassionate support. Ideal candidates should have a Health Care Assistant qualification and a passion for seniors' well-being. Work hours are 3:00pm-11:00pm on a 4 on 2 off schedule, with a wage of $29.83 per hour.

The Resident Care Attendant reports to the Executive Director or the Director of Care. They ensure and support the implementation and evaluation of resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times.

Hours of Work: 4 on 2 off from 3:00pm-11:00pm
