A healthcare organization in Salmon Arm is looking for a Resident Care Attendant to support residents in their daily activities and deliver personal care services. The ideal candidate will have a Health Care Assistant certification and a genuine interest in the well-being of seniors. This role offers a supportive team environment where care is prioritized.

The Resident Care Attendant is responsible to the Executive Director or the Director of Care. They ensure and support the implementation and evaluation of the resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times.

Hours of work: 2 pm - 11 pm (4 on, 3 off/ 5 on, 2 off)

Wage Levelling Salary: $29.83 per hour
